1. Membership

• Membership is personal and non-transferable.

• Members must be at least 16 years old.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership at our discretion for breaches of these terms or where safety is compromised.

 

2. Conduct and Use of Facilities

• Members must treat staff and other gym users with respect and courtesy at all times.

• Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate suspension or termination of membership.

• Proper attire and hygiene standards are required.

• Equipment must be used safely and returned after use.

 

3. Suspension or Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership in the following circumstances:

• If you breach any terms of this agreement or facility rules.

• If we reasonably believe your presence may pose a risk to the safety or well-being of others.

• If required to do so by law or in response to a legal investigation. We may suspend access pending the outcome of an investigation or complaint.

 

4. Health and Safety

• Members must not use the gym if they are unwell

• All members are advised to consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program.

• You are responsible for ensuring your own physical condition is suitable for participation.

 

5. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

• All fees must be paid in accordance with your membership plan.

• Cancellations for classes or appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

• We reserve the right to change fees, schedules, or opening hours

 

6. Liability

• We accept no responsibility for injury or loss caused by misuse of the equipment or failure to follow instructions.

• Personal belongings are brought into the facility at your own risk.

• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

 

7. Data Protection

• We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

• Your information will not be shared without consent except where required by law.

 

8. Website Use

• All content on our website is for informational purposes only.

• Users must not misuse the website by introducing viruses or attempting unauthorised access.
